Vision Statement

The Office of Evangelization assists the people and parishes of the Diocese of Baton Rouge in the pursuit of Christian discipleship, through engagement of the four-fold elements of evangelization: invitation, renewal, reconciliation, and transformation; as reflected in the Encyclical Letter “On Evangelization in the Modern World,” the Pastoral Letter “Go and Make Disciples,” and the Second Vatican Council “Decree on the Church’s Missionary Activity.”
